지난 토요일, 프린스턴 한국학교는 우리 사랑스러운 학생들과 함께 즐겁게 추석 행사를 열었습니다!
각 학급에서는 추석의 의미와 전통을 배우고, 아름다운 한복을 입은 채 제기차기, 윷놀이, 활쏘기, 강강술래 등
다양한 전통 놀이를 즐겼고, 학생들은 한복 그리기와 노리개 만들기 활동을 통해 창의력을 발휘하며
한국 문화의 아름다움을 함께 했습니다.
무지개반과 2-1반, 새싹반 친구들은 잡채 만들기를 했습니다.
학생들이 직접 채소를 준비하고, 선생님들의 도움을 받아 함께 맛있는 잡채를 만들어보며
협동심과 즐거움이 가득한 시간을 보냈습니다.
이번 추석 행사는 웃음과 배움, 그리고 따뜻한 공동체 정신으로 가득한 하루였습니다.

The Princeton Korean School joyfully celebrated Chuseok last Saturday with our wonderful students!
Each class learned about the meaning and traditions of Chuseok, dressed in beautiful hanbok,
and enjoyed traditional games such as jegichagi (Korean shuttlecock), yutnori (stick game), archery,
and ganggangsullae (Korean circle dance). Students also expressed their creativity through hanbok drawing
and norigae (traditional ornament) making activities, celebrating the beauty of Korean culture.
One of the highlights of the day was our japchae-making activity.
Students prepared the vegetables themselves and, with the help of their teachers, made delicious japchae together
—an experience filled with teamwork and joy! It was a day full of laughter, learning, and community spirit.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all parents and teachers for their warm support and participation.
May the abundance and happiness of Chuseok fill every family’s home.
