This special activity is led by a teacher specializing in Social Psychology, combining play and activities (such as art and traditional experiences) to foster emotional stability and joy for children. Through play-based healing activities, students will engage in learning experiences that promote inner peace. Alongside this, they will also participate in additional activities that introduce Korean culture, including traditional crafts and games.

By blending modern healing through play and the resonance of traditional culture, this program offers children a unique opportunity to start their studies with a stable, peaceful mindset. The sensory fusion of contemporary and traditional elements provides deep emotional resonance and a meaningful learning experience for children.

** Additional activities are below:

Traditional Arts: In this class, students experience Hanji craft and Minhwa. Hanji craft involves creating various artworks using Hanji, traditional Korean paper. Minhwa refers to Korean folk paintings that depict everyday life and nature in a simple and charming style. Through these activities, students learn about traditional Korean art, exploring diverse colors and joyful themes, which helps them appreciate and understand Korean cultural heritage.

  • Traditional Games: Students learn traditional Korean games such as Yutnori (a board game using four sticks), Jegichagi (a game where players kick a small object), Tuho (a game of throwing arrows into a pot), and kite flying. These games help develop physical fitness, balance, and coordination in children. Engaging in these traditional arts and games provides valuable insights into Korean culture and history, making the learning experience both educational and enjoyable.
